How do I find my ring size?
Use our interactive Size Guide — it includes an on-screen ring sizer, a step-by-step string method, and an international size conversion chart (US, UK, EU, JP). All VOWCRAFT bands are comfort-fit; if you're between sizes, order the larger half-size.
What if I don’t know my size?
You can select “TBD” in the configurator and provide your size after commissioning. We’ll reach out before production begins.
Can I get a half-size?
Yes — enable Precision Fit (+$150) and specify any millimetre value from 38 to 70mm.
Customization
What is a Bespoke Commission?
Bespoke (+$750) routes your order to our Concierge team for custom geometry, mixed metals, or non-standard design work. No payment upfront — we review your brief and contact you within 48 hours.
What inscriptions are possible?
Inner band engraving up to 30 characters. Dates, initials, coordinates, phrases — anything that fits.
Can I mix metals for the pair?
Yes. In a Union commission, Partner A and Partner B can each select different forms, metals, and stones.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard commissions take 6–8 weeks. Bespoke work takes 8–12 weeks. You’ll receive production updates by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via insured courier. Shipping costs are calculated at completion.
How is the commission packaged?
Each commission arrives in a VOWCRAFT case. Matched pair commissions arrive as a set.
Payment
What is the deposit structure?
Standard commissions require a $500 deposit to begin. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Bespoke Concierge work is quoted and invoiced separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe-powered checkout accepting all major credit cards.
What is your refund policy?
Custom commissions are non-refundable once production has begun. Deposit refunds are available if you cancel before production confirmation.
Care
How do I care for my ring?
Clean with warm water and mild soap. Gold and platinum can be professionally polished. Sterling Silver may require periodic re-polishing. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Can VOWCRAFT resize my ring?
Yes. Contact vowcraft@polsia.app with your order number and new size. Resizing fees apply.
